  • Understand the process required to create and submit a Neighbourhood Plan Know and understand the legal implications of the recent updates to the planning system and how it relates to Neighbourhood Planning
  • Understand how developers work with both the Local Plan and Neighbourhood Plans Appreciate how a Neighbourhood Plan works in practice by listening to the experience of a Parish Council who have a made Plan
