LCPD Support Options

We offer local councils two levels of service.

Level 1: Services

  • On-going telephone and email employment and HR support
  • Regular e-mails, keeping you up-to-date with the constant changes in employment law

In addition, by a number of local councils investing in sector-specific expertise, we are able to work strategically to solve a common issue and on integrating wider initiatives and changes to legislation into our sector, for example, the changes to workplace pension rules. This benefits both individual local councils and the sector more generally.

Price per annum (1st April 2016 - 31st March 2017): 

If a council wishes to take up the services part way through the membership year the full annual fee is payable.

Councils who are members of Hampshire ALC and IWALC

  • £150 For Councils with 5 employees or under
  • £180 for Councils with 6 employees or more

Councils who are not existing Hampshire ALC or IWALC members:

  • £250 for Councils with 5 employees or under
  • £280 for Councils with 6 employees or more

Level 2: Consultancy Service

Service:

Consultancy support for projects and issues, such as restructuring, writing employment policies etc.

Price:

LCPD Members Discounted Rates

Hampshire ALC Council Member rates (Including IWALC Councils)

External Councils

Half day: £150

Half day: £250

 

1 day: £250

1 day: £350

1 day: £350

 
  • In addition, we can help with administrative tasks such as recruitment administration.  A price for this service can agreed on a case by case basis.

  • If travel or overnight accommodation is required, expenses will be added to the above rates. Mileage will be charged in accordance with HMRC rates.
  • VAT will be added to all listed prices.
