Hampshire ALC’s 78th Annual General Meeting and our Annual Conference for 2025 will this year be held on Wednesday 22nd October 2025 in the Fair Oak Suite at MacDonald Botley Park Hotel and Spa, Botley.

Exhibitors will be in attendance, and available to visit on arrival following registration as well as during the breaks.
AGM – Member Council Resolutions
Member Councils may submit an ordinary resolution for inclusion within the AGM agenda.
If your council would like to submit a resolution, please ensure this is clearly recorded within your council meeting minutes from which the resolution was agreed, or the resolution will not be accepted. Please note resolutions are limited to one per Member Council.
Resolutions must be sent, in writing, with a copy of the relevant council minutes, to Hampshire ALC’s Company Secretary at companysecretary@hampshirealc.org.ukno later than 5.00pm, Wednesday 10th September 2025. Any resolutions received after this date will not be considered. As per our current rules, resolutions or recommendations shall be directly relevant to some question, which Hampshire ALC has both an influence and an interest. Anything outside of this will not be considered.
A formal agenda for the AGM will be sent out with any accompanying papers 14 clear days prior the AGM.
Delegates are welcome to attend either the AGM, or the AGM and Annual Conference, and will be required to select the relevant ticket type for their preferred attendance. Once details have been finalised for the event, a further email will be sent to all Member Councils advising that tickets are available, but in the meantime, please save the date in your diaries.
